Delivery Questions
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at support@vapekits.shop. Returns must include valid proof of purchase, and products must be intact in their original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How are refunds processed?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of approval. For cash on delivery (COD) purchases, we issue a store voucher equal to the purchase amount instead of cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:00 PM in the following locations:
- Dubai
- Ras Al Khaimah
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
4. What are the delivery times for other emirates?
For other emirates, we offer next-day delivery. Orders placed will reach you by the next business day.
5. How much are the delivery charges?
Free Delivery: For orders of AED 299 and above.
Delivery Fee: AED 25 for orders below AED 299.
Extra AED 10 for COD (Cash on delivery)
6. Do you require ID verification at delivery?
Yes, to comply with legal age restrictions, we may request ID verification at the time of delivery. Please have a valid ID (e.g., passport or UAE ID) ready to confirm your age.
7. What are your delivery times?
We deliver between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. Please note that we do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking link to monitor your order's progress.
9. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you're unavailable to receive your delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please note that additional shipping charges might apply.
